ohh! what a joy to read :') and love the bit about 'if such lyrics exist, this type of love does exist' — find myself thinking that a lot!! wishing you more joy and (selfishly!) hoping for more updates. I'd never roll my eyes but I might be crying joyful tears for u!! this rly touched me :')
hello :’)) this is still such a good read, almost two years later. I’ll be turning 27 this year & k am extra glad and grateful for you, your wisdom, reflections, and so much more 🥰
“I hope you’re well, and I hope you remind yourself of how far you’ve come.” 🥰🫶🏽
got a book, September Letters, that I just started reading and it made me remember this piece + wanna come back. Ty for the letter(s), for the light, and for the love 🥰🫶🏽
oh my!!! you absolutely just made my day. thank you for this sweet comment! i have to look into that book -- i appreciate you always! (and this much needed push to write again!)
already + always seated for your work :') i hope you do write!! and if you choose to share, I'll be so excited + honored to read! A co-worker recommended the Anita Baker song 'You Bring Me Joy' to me today and I'm only 39 years late LOL but passing it on to you as, amongst other things, you + your work definitely bring me joy <3
thank *YOU* for being!! n for receiving my comment w such sweetness :') ily!
What a wholesome read this was! Felt so full after reading this. Especially the points made about feeling empowered about being single and the beauty of friendship. We can experience love in many forms but a love with a dear friend(s) is truly a love like no other.
“Love is quite literally all around us, constantly, we just have to look for it. Life is a lot lighter and brighter when you romance it.” - this quote is EVERYTHING!
Reading your words is like reading the intimate pages of a journal. Raw and authentic.
Thanks for writing it and we do hope you’re well too!
